Goal-

Replace Dimmed Streetlights Safely and Efficiently

Concept-

Two robots. One travels up the vertical section while lifting the other. Once it reaches the horizontal section, the second robot hooks onto the horizontal bar, locks and travels across to the light. Once it reaches, it opens the hood, removes the dimmed lamp, then inserts the new lamp and closes the hood. It then travels back to the ground the same way it got up.

Obviously there are many different streetlight designs out there, so for the purpose of demonstrating this concept at the World Robot Olympiad, we designed our own.
